The Geneva Motor show will see the introduction of a special paint/trim package for the SLK, noted as the 2LOOK Edition. Available in either gloss black or lustrous white, the new package is targeted for the younger buying demographic. Globally, you can order this package with the SLK200 Compressor, SLK300 or the SLK350. For US customers this likely means availability on the SLK350 only.

The SLK range has always offered zingy color/trim packages and I've seen many a young man and woman step out of their SLK in clothing that matched the colors of the car. Early SLKs offered the younger generation the opportunity to accessorize with a hip car. Let's face it, for many the automobile is the ultimate fashion accessory.

We have a wealthy client who in addition to having spectacular taste in cars is also a massive clothes horse. Whether he arrives piloting his Bentley S1 drophead, Aston Martin DB5, or Ferrari Daytona, when he steps out of the car his outfit is usually coordinated with the colors/textures of the car. Amazing.

And so SLK enthusiasts have a new more formally attired automotive accessory to ponder. I'd order the black version with "chrome shadow" wheels.
